Simple Name

BATCH ID

REPORTED
The date the Certificate of Analysis was reported. Example: “DD-MMM-YYYY”
TYPE

TEST
Lists the type of test performed. Example: “Potency”
TEST ID
Unique identification for each sample and requirement for ISO 17025. Example: “T000115923”
